BOOKING CONDITIONS: Please check and accept the prepayment and cancellation policy before proceeding to complete the booking procedure.
Booking system is working in secure environment ! When you book with us, your personal information is encrypted and secure Visitors can cancel free of charge up to 21 days prior to arrival. The visitor will be charged 30% of the total price if canceled within 21 days prior to arrival in their credit card. In case of no show, the total price will be charged For bank deposits: The visitor must have paid 30% of the total price before 21 days from the date of arrival. If the payment process has not been completed and the deposit receipt has not been sent to us within 7 days from reservation procedure (in the event the money in our account did not appear), we have the right to cancel the reservation without any notice. For reservations within 21 days from the date of arrival, you muste send the deposit receipt within 3 working days or if the date of arrival is within 10 days the same day! Our hotel has the right to claim the above amounts in accordance with the above booking policy and responsible between the customer and the hotel are the courts of Attica.
RESIDENCE TAX: In addition to the cost of accommodation, a residence tax is imposed and not including, independently, according to the new law 4389/2016, which is imposed on the resident who used the room or the apartment.
The residence tax is paid after staying at the accommodation and before leaving it. The accommodation is required to issue a proof of receipt of residence tax. The accommodation tax for our accommodation is € 0.50 per night.
