Upon entering Villa Anatoli, there is a commodious living room with a sectional couch, a flat-screen TV, and a fireplace. A dining table is conveniently situated between the living room and the large kitchen that can host up to a group of 8. Guests can be accommodated in three bedrooms, two with a double bed and one with twin beds. Two more persons can sleep on the couch which unfolds into a double bed. The villa also includes two bathrooms. Moving on to the outdoor area, enjoy an extensive garden with a large private pool, a lawn area, a dining table with a BBQ, patio furniture and parking space.

A rectangular turquoise pool guarantees plenty of fun with friends and family as well as plenty of moments to put your feet up thanks to the canopy sunbeds and outdoor shower for your convenience. Τhere is a dining table and a built-in barbecue a little further, equipped with all the amenities you might need for hearty meals in the shade of aromatic lemon trees. 

Living Space & Kitchen

The well-designed living room consists of a sectional couch across a flat-screen TV, a fireplace, and two windows offering delightful garden views. The open-plan space also includes a wooden dining table and a fully equipped large, yet cosy kitchen with all the necessary amenities for preparing meals, a washing machine, and a stainless steel refrigerator.

Bedrooms & Bathrooms

All bedrooms and bathrooms of villa Anatoli have been designed keeping an easy living experience in mind. Soft colour palettes dominate all rooms. There are two master bedrooms with a double bed, one of which has an ensuite bathroom, followed by one more bedroom with twin beds. There is also an additional bathroom. 

Villa Anatoli in Zakinthos 

Villa Anatoli is found in Vasilikos village in the southeastern part of the island. Its main features are the calm, sandy beaches with clear waters and lush landscape filled with Mediterranean trees and flowers. Most beaches are organized with sunbeds and umbrellas. A variety of family-owned eateries with traditional meals and local seafood dishes are scattered around the centre.

Outdoor Space

Pool
The tasteful outdoor space consists of a lengthy pool and large luxury sunbeds including umbrellas and a canopy. With the outdoor shower nearby, getting in and out of the pool is a piece of cake!

BBQ Area
Next to the sunbathing area, there is a built-in barbecue with a dining table between two lemon trees. There is also a lawn area and an outdoor sitting lounge to enjoy quick bites all day long.

The gorgeous Anatoli Villa is located in Vasilikos, a popular area in Zante with lush vegetation and charming views. The villa’s proximity to restaurants, mini markets, and, of course, the beach, is what makes it stand out. However, you can also spend your holidays away from the crowds in full privacy if you wish to. Hang out with friends or family and delight in wonderful local eateries and thrilling water sports.

Beaches

Vasilikos is known for its pristine waters with a distinct turquoise colour. Whether you prefer to sunbathe on a sunbed while drinking your favourite drink or trying new water sports, you can find it here. Agios Nikolaos, Porto Azzuro, Dafni and Gerakas are the most famous beaches in the area. Banana beach is also a top choice among locals and travellers, with its amazing waters and lively beach bars. Try ringo rides, pedalos, and many other water activities available in the area’s beaches.

Local Markets & Shopping

From a mini market to a pharmacy, everything you might need is close to Anatoli  Villa There are also souvenir shops in the village where you can pick up gifts for your loved ones back home or simply something to remember your Zante holidays by. Additionally, Argasi and Zante town are only a few minutes drive away and offer a wide variety of stores for a great shopping experience.

Bars & Restaurants

Start your day with some fresh bread from the bakery in the village centre. The restaurants around Anatoli villa serve mouthwatering dishes and the bars and cafes offer alluring settings with a view. Porto Zorro with its restaurant and beach bar is a must-visit during your stay in Vasilikos, as it provides a marvellous backdrop of the Ionian Sea while you sip your cocktail or taste traditional Mediterranean dishes.

Family fun

The National Marine Park of Zante is a great chance to explore the natural world, as it is part of the Natura 2000 ecological network. Only 30 minutes away from Vasilikos by car, you can unearth the Loggerhead Turtles’ habitat. Spend unique moments with your family on the beach with plenty of water sports available for children, teenagers, and adults. 

Points of interest

Vasilikos is quite close to Zante town, which is ideal for long walks and dining out, with its wide range of restaurants. Visit Bochali, an elevated village that provides a spectacular view of Zante Town. There are boat tours available for viewing the Blue Caves or simply sailing around the island. Take a day trip and discover Navagio beach, one of the most famous beaches in the world, with a shipwreck laying on its sandy shore.
