Three bedrooms with a bathroom and a balcony on the first floor complete the 130 s.m of the luxury villas. The modern complex of the three boutique villas is built in Limni Keri with an exterior blending in with the traditional village houses due to the stone details. In Limni Keri a large stretch of sea creates a vivid island picture. The beach, the stores, eateries and supermarkets are close and the distances are a piece of cake. Renting a car however allows you to visit more places, like Zante town and find more shopping and dining options. The loggerhead turtle islet of Marathonisi is situated across the beach in Limni Keri, adding a special touch to the wonderful view and is also very easy to visit by boat.
