The house is a two storey maisonette with a luxurious marble staircase, where the living room is complete with a fully equipped kitchen and a living room, 1 wc.
The first floor area has 1 balcony with barbeque installation at the back while a second very large furnished balcony at the front has unobstructed views
in the sea and the city of Kavala as well as in the adjacent forest with very green.
The second floor houses the bedrooms with balconies.
