The air-conditioned luxury suite - apartment features a living area with a fully equipped kitchen and a living room, as well as 2 bedrooms, one with a double bed and the other with also double bed. Also in iving room there is a sofa that may be used as double bed. A bathroom in the corridor to the bedrooms is available in the apartment. 

The fully equipped kitchen has a large refrigerator, oven with hobs, dishwasher, electric appliances, coffee maker, kettle, toaster, hairdryer and iron for clothes and complete home cooking set with all the utensils. 

All necessary linen and toiletries are featured with branded options for a comfortable stay. 

A balcony with balcony furniture will become your permanent secret relaxing area during the hours when the sun's rays do not touch our suites/apartments, a delightful picture with special playing lightings at night. 

In external shared area you will find a fully equipped Barbeque with outdoor furniture to enjoy our natural environment with your company or family and the other hosted residences. 

Full layout description: Upon entering the building, we first see a shared entrance with few stairs and a small hall where you will find the door of the apartment on your left. 

Opening the door we are in the ground floor apartment which is 2 levels. The main entrance of the apartment leads to the living room in a large space where you can find the living room with the sofa bed and its luxury amenities. On the left side after entering the apartment you find the kitchen that is dividing with the living room with a pass in a beautiful combination. 

Right of the entrance there are 5 small stairs leading to an indoor open walkway with a guard railing, where there are the 2 bedrooms and the bathroom between them. 

The first bedroom is with a single bed and a window and the next one with a double bed and a veranda. 

The large veranda of the apartment is accessible from the living room and is equipped with balcony furniture. There is a marvellous view as the building is amphitheatrically looking at the area of Koliou beach and the surrounding area. The green landscape of our space is an advantage for your visual relaxation.
