The complex has a 3 luxury rooms and apartments with 2 bedrooms and equipped kitchen, prive bathrooms and fireplace in some of them.

Specifically it consist of te following comfiguration and facilities:

• Two 2 bedroom apartments can accommodate up to 4 adults and 2 children or adults can sleep on a sofa bed if necessary. Each apartment consists of 2 spacious rooms of 25sqm and 40sqm, with an intermediate door, offering more privacy. An old door in between, turned into a headboard, the handmade bench in front of the bed and its special lighting create a romantic atmosphere. The first room of 25sqm includes a three-seater sofa that can be converted into a COCO-MAT bed, a 160x200 double bed, COCO-MAT mattress and mattress and a comfortable, comfortable bathroom. In the decoration of the space there is the black element in the lighting, while the stone and an old handmade railing turned into a headboard give traditional tones to the room. The wooden ceiling is illuminated in a special way, highlighting its design and creating a relaxed atmosphere. The second 40sqm room includes a three-seater sofa set in front of the fireplace, a 180x200 double bed with COCO-MAT sleeping system, a dining room for four people and a fully equipped kitchen. In the living room next to the kitchen one can relax while in this room there is the possibility to accommodate another person in a mattress and a COCO-MAT mattress. The large veranda with panoramic sea views will relax and relax the visitor.
• Guesthouse 4 of 17m², offers a 160×200 bed, equipped with a COCO-MAT mattress, top mattress and sleeping pillows offering a unique sleep experience. An old door, which has been converted into a headboard as well as old brick-coloured patterns make a unique and hospitable rustic-style room.
