Villa Kaiti is detached house surrounded by modest garden located in a quiet suburb at the beginning of Limenaria. There are two spacious Duplex apartments and two Studio-Apartments in lower lever below them. The house belongs to Mrs Katerina (Kaiti) and her daughter, who take personal care of everything in the house. The rooms are very well decorated and maintained to create your temporary summer home cosy and practical.

Villa Kaiti is located just 200 m from Limenaria Beach and the nearest Supermarket. To the Limenaria beach promenade with dozens of shops, restaurants, tavernas, cafes it is about 8 min walk. Metalia Beach is 6 min drive, Tripity Beach is 3 min drive.
Equipment:
- Free parking is available around the house.
- Wi-Fi, AC and flat TV screen are available in all rooms free of charge.
- Every room has its own bathroom with shower, hot/cold water, mosquito net, bathroom towels, toilet paper and bed linens, which are provided and changed regularly by the owner FOC.
- Kitchenette with fridge, hotplate, electric kettle and basic utensils.
- Each Duplex Apartment has its own terrace and balcony. Each Studio-Apartment has it's own terrace. Outdoor seating and cloth drying rack in every unit.
- Housekeeping is everyday or based upon your request. Toiletries are not provided.
