Villa complex
The house is located in the bay of Grikos, in Petra beach area with a beautiful view of the big rock and the sea.
It is a traditional house, simply furnished in an area of 4 acres, it is divided into two levels, has a large garden, many outdoor seating areas and beautiful views of the sea and the monastery in Chora.
Right at the stone entrance and before we start going up the stairs to the house, there is an outside shower. We go up the stairs and we are on the lower level where on the right and left are the rooms in separate home building complexes. These building complexes are separated by a beautiful stone staircase that leads us to its terraces and living rooms on the upper level with the unrestricted view of the bay of Grikos.
On the lower level the left building complex consists of two separate rooms each with its own bathroom and shared terrace and the right building complex again has two rooms with their own bathroom each and shared terrace.
On the upper level is the living room, the kitchen, the one bedroom with its own bathroom and terrace. It also has a separate terrace in the kitchen and is connected to a large outdoor dining area under the pergola.
It is very quiet as it is the last house on the bay, but there are many taverns on the bay and of course the recently opened Actis Hotel is about a 10 minute walk to the seafront. The port of Skala is about 4 km from the house.
Please note that there is no TV and air conditioning.
