- The (A) building stands 100 meters away from the beach with a stunning view to the Aegean Sea. It consists of one studio, one apartment and one maisonette.
- The (Β) building stands 200 meters from the beach with a view to the Aegean Sea too. It consists of six studios and two apartments.
Nina Apartments are located at the village Neo Klima (Elios) of Skopelos island, situated by the coast on the south-west side of the island. It is 18km from Skopelos town and 10 km from the second port, Glossa. The very green area of Neo Klima is surrounded by pine trees that reach until the sea. It has stunning view the smaller neighboring islands and the Aegean Sea. From here one can enjoy the most spectacular sunsets.
