Comfortable, one-room apartment 21,00 m², on the ground floor of the building, with double bed standard size (1,60 x 2,00 m) and can accommodate additional 2 persons, if necessary, to double sofa bed standard size (1.60 X 2.00m), with a layer of latex.

  Two studio, with a ¨connecting door¨ can accommodate big families with children and grandparents.

  The use of the double door depends on the visitor and provides safety and soundproofing.

Spacious apartment 39,00t.m., with two rooms and a large bathroom, (3 to 5 adults).

   It consists of a large bedroom with double bed (dimensions 1,60 x 2,00 m) and an open plan space where there is the kitchen and the living room where there is a large sofa that converts to two single separated beds if it’s necessary.

   The kitchen is fully equipped with a large fridge, kitchen hob with an exractor and large oven, so you can prepare all the meals of your day. Recommended for family with 2-3 children.

   Within the apartment there is satellite TV, Wi-Fi and wired internet connection.
   With the private air condition system is even more enjoyable.

   The apartment has a spacious bathroom with shower-WC and crystal

cabin (0,90 m x 0,90 m), constant pressure and hot water temperature - 24 hours a day-with

hairdryer and toiletries.  Large balcony dimensions 2,20 x 4,25 m in the bedroom and a large

balcony (dimensions 3,00 x 4,25m) to you enjoy your coffee with the view of the green garden.

The apartment is on the ground floor and has direct access to the garden.

Spacious, Apartment on the first floor of the building, an area of 85 square meters, with independent entrance and direct access to the road. Distance from the beach is 300 meters.

It consists of a big undivided space of a living room – kitchen, the kitchen is fully equipped with a big refrigerator, an oven, a coffee machine, a boiler, a microwave, and a range hood, giving the opportunity of preparing all the meals of the day,

It also has a large bedroom with a double bed which dimensions are (1,60 Χ 2,00) and built-in a big closet, a second bedroom with two single beds in a bunk bed with a built-in closet and a desk. The apartment has a big bathroom-WC with a bathtub with handles, with steady pressure and supply of hot water – 24 hours a day- with hairdryer and bathroom fixtures, and also a washing machine. Inside the apartment, there is subscription TV, Wi-Fi and the possibility to connect to the internet through a wire.

With the individual air-condition the stay becomes more pleasant.

Executive Studio with garden view ( 2 adults and 1 children up to 4 years of age ).

Comfortable room 15 t.m., with double bed dimensions (1.60 x 2.00)m. It can accommodate and a child up to 4 years old in baby cot at no extra charge.
